Format differences in contrast PLS Matlab and Java results #83

Contrast PLS was run in Java and Matlab.  Format of results file differs.
Java results cannot be viewed in Java viewer but they can be viewed in
Matlab.  Matlab results can be viewed in both Matlab and Java viewers.  

Analysis was run on naiad.

Contrast file:
/thalia/sslab/plsnpairs_testing/omer_data/5cond_contrast_BfMRIcontrast.txt

Results files also live in 'plsnpairs_testing' under results/omer:
20subj_5cond_contrast_fMRIresult.mat was generated in Java
20subj5cond_contrast_matlab_fMRIresult.mat was generated in Matlab.

Charisa has been working on PLS code and may have fixed this issue.  She will 
have to verify.
