Live TV on plugin picta throw error #4

I tested too the Live Channel and no work for now. I use kodi-pvr-iptvsimple too. Other test i make before is try play the live channel from Internet ( NO .CU networks) and no work . I think just can work inside .CU networks or need special token for play the multimedia
