--info <cert> and --print #14

the --info command should return a digest of information, consolidating sources of information. For example:

when asking for the CA certificate, give general infos and issued certs statistics - but no public keys nor signatures.
when asking for a Certificate, give general infos and the validity status (and reason if invalid)

To have full raw view of certificate information, a --print command should fit better.
