First paragraph: "Universities, including University of New Mexico, are working to create data repositories to help researchers make the products of their research available." change? ->

"Universities and national labs, including University of New Mexico and Los Alamos National Laboratory, are working..."

I need to check with that. DOE and OSTI and OSTP (the varoius government players) say yes though. We should be making as much open as we can, but not giving a lot of resources to do so. Its sorta like NIH and NSF wording. Data should be made available as appropriate, with an appropriate time and cost. I think we should eliminate specific UNM wording as everyone is?
