Do we have any examples with PresHab? It looks very strange.

Please look at this, it can be an error of tekstynas: cat *train.conllu | grep -n "PresHab"

Ok, now I see! It's not grammatical in any case, it's just an additional form for būti (which can probably still require some solution). It's the analogue of Russian бывает (случается).
