Individual DLCs and New World Rising added #1

Thanks for your very helpful description. I would like to help out: I have attributed the corresponding names to the DLC codes so far and have also added the most recent (and also last) DLC code, if you want to add this information to your repo (I am very fresh with git). This will make it possible to only add certain DLCs and leave out others. I have ordered them according to their release date and adapted the count to 12 DLCs.
