Cancel a vote and end game code is not done yet.

Disabled a "cancel vote" feature.
Adden game ender.

Found a bug.
Player can type !voteend yes for 10 times and end game without voting.
I'm already working on that, but I need some help.

I dont understand, when player types !yes SetKickVote becomes true, but when it 
returns to initial state (false)?
