What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have Warcraft 3 located in a Path with special characters (like ä, ö, ü,
ß), which are really common in german
2. try to start
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It could be, that the automatic configurator (which i used) produces the
error (writes a char with wrong encoding in the cfg file).
