Including documentation #7

Make sure that documentation in both PDF and HTML formats, where available, is included for:

Currently in the components:

PDF (conjure) Conjure.pdf (savilerow) essence-prime-description.pdf (saveilerow) savilerow-manual.pdf (minion) Manual.pdf

HTML (conjure) entrypoint: singlehtml/index.html files: singlehtml/ (savilerow) n/a (saveilerow) n/a (minion) entrypoint: htmlhelp/index.html files: htmlhelp/

The Minion PDF documentation includes the HTML docs as a subset, but the HTML omits much of the general background in the PDF manual. There is no Savile Row HTML documentation.

@ott2 thanks, except that conjure conjure-v2.1.0-linux.zip archive only contains the binary.

I'm assuming that the Constraint Pipeline tools will all be built from source in the long term, and the right bits and pieces picked up from the components to make a coherent release. In my opinion, the current individual binary releases are essentially incomplete and should not be the basis for a Pipeline release.
