--no-wrap is no longer accepted by pandoc, should be --wrap=none

How long has wrap=none been accepted? Do we need a deprecation period or is wrap=none available on major distributions?

pandoc 1.16 (2016-01-02) introduced the --wrap option, deprecating the old one. From the pandoc site all download links provided for the different distros are > 1.16 as far as I can tell.
