How to show pin bottom of RangeBar? #120

When the interval between two pins is very low, its overlapping each other. Is there any way of showing one pin at top and other at bottom of RangeBar?

I wanted to do this but for the time being, got it working with range: https://github.com/oli107/material-range-bar/issues/172#issuecomment-535051056
