How to disable temporary baloons?

Whenever we move the seekbar, there is a temporary balloon in between.I want to remove it.How shall it be done?

I have set the mrb_pinColor and mrb_pinTextColor attributes to transparent color to hide.But not sure if there is an option to remove it
