Added Feature to allow for an inverse range bar. An inverse Range Bar is a Range Bar where the connecting lines start from each and and go towards there respective pins. This allows for users to select the outer bound of a range.

This codebase is outdated and the folder structured got changed after the last update so kindly resolve conflicts and submit new PR or open this one.
