Hello @mpietruschka,

thanks for your interest in contributing.

I've deliberately left the file name for the config.php as example.config php:

so it doesnt get overwritten on a new release
to force the user to modify it, and not try to run the plugin with a default (and unusable) config

Regarding the move of the dtd file, make a pull request only for that change and I will approve it.
