alias default_mol_display - maps disappear #1

Hi @olibclarke,

thank you very much for the very useful and nicely commented aliases and startup commands!

From what I tested so far they work fine except the default_mol_display hid the cryoEM maps in my case. I just added show target m to the command ant this just shows all the models in the Models panel.

I am using version 1.8.

Hmm I checked on my end and can't reproduce this - was there something specific about the set of maps & models you were looking at? The series of commands (~disp; rib; rainbow chain palette RdYlBu-5; lighting soft) shouldn't affect the display status of the map, as ~disp only pertains to atomic models.
