If you'd install a OS-X driver/kernel-module/kernel-extension for USB-tethering, such as
the network should work.
Connect the hackintosh with your Android-phone via USB, and enable USB-tethering on the phone.
OS-X now connects to the internet via Android - if Android connects to the internet via WLAN or 4G.
This way, you could get networking to work without buying something;
assuming you have an Android phone !
