New font structure and rendering algorithm

Implement new font rendering algorithm.

• up to 50% smaller
• monospace font support
• better solid font handling
• new font: inconsolata

amstrad font must be added fontsize_old/fontsize, replace fontsize with version from font_array builder fontmono must be linked new pics must be added to the wiki --> done (however not clear whether they are up to date)
