Clarify the role of CORe in Article 1 Section 1 #65

Article 1 Section 1 of part 1 opens with explaining what SG and CORe are in relation to each other. The language is pretty specific but it can be hard to parse and there are some places where this could be a little more concise. It's already hard enough to get folks to read the governing docs, let's see what makes sense to cut down.

Currently Article 1 Section 1 reads:

The elected Student Leadership - Executives, Representatives, and Committee Leaders - together form the Student Government which will have sole authority to allocate the Student Activities Fund and amend the Student Government By-Laws. This group will also have several functions, as described in Article 2. A smaller subsection of the Student Government - the Executives and the Representatives - will comprise the Council of Olin Representatives which alone may not allocate the Student Activities Fund or amend the Student Government By-Laws. However, this group may make recommendations to the College Administration and Board of Trustees on behalf of the Student Government, and will work to compile Action Items and prioritize their execution, as described in Article 3.

I would propose this might look better as:

The elected Student Leadership - Executives, Representatives, and Committee Leaders - together will form the Student Government which will have sole authority to allocate the Student Activities Fund and amend the Student Government By-Laws. Article 2 describes the functions of this group. A smaller subsection of the Student Government - the Executives and the Representatives - will form the Council of Olin Representatives. The Council of Olin Representatives cannot allocate the Student Activities Fund or amend the Student Government By-Laws on its own. However, this group may make recommendations to the College Administration and Board of Trustees on behalf of the Student Government, and it will work to compile Action Items and prioritize their execution, as described in Article 3.
