Nullpointer exception when quitting #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start SharpWired
2. Press exit

What is the expected output?
The program closes

What do you see instead?
Null pointer exception in SharpWiredModel.cs on:
ConnectionManager.Commands.Leave(1);
