What it is

Implement a function in the FileSystemService to delete a user data file using the FileSystem module.

Context

Deleting user data files is required when removing users.

Acceptance Criteria

A function named deleteFile is defined in the FileSystemService module.
The function accepts a user ID as a parameter.
The function deletes the corresponding JSON file (based on the user ID) using fs.unlink.
