Is your feature request related to a problem? When zooming text it gets blurry, It is possible to resize only the text, not the layer, but that can't be animated (keyframes there work on hold). Also this would enable people to use scalable vector graphics for cool zooming effects and presentations.

Describe the solution you'd like

• [ ] Addition of a vector layer/track
• [ ] a vector text that makes use of it
• [ ] basic svg support (without embedded raster images for now, because you can add them with traditional layers and a bit basic compositing.)

Do you know any libraries or sources that can help the Olive Team include the feature? Unfortunately I know no such libraries and stuff webkit seems to heavy and "unpredictable", but there are already discussions and ideas on #783 and #458

Additional context This is meant mainly as a "meta issue" to a feature that is needed for other issues that need it. Features Requests that could make use of this:
