Summary
"Ripple Trailing Clips" feature does not work if the play rate for the segment is being slowed down and increases in length.

Expected behavior:
Import and cut a clip to the first 5 seconds. Right click the cut 5 second segment, and select Properties -> Speed, set to 200%, tick Ripple Trailing Clips.
The next segment is correctly moved to its new position behind the current clip (expected behavior). It plays the 5 second clip at 200% speed, taking 2.5 seconds.
If slowing down the segment to 50%, it should play the 5 second clip at 50% speed (taking 10 seconds).
Reproduction info:
Import and cut a clip to the first 5 seconds. Right click the cut 5 second segment, and select Properties -> Speed, set to 50%, tick Ripple Trailing Clips.
The next segment is not moved at all, and the 5 second clip is now slowed down and truncated. It plays the first 2.5 seconds of the clip at 50% speed, taking 5 seconds.
Subsequently setting the speed to 60% correctly moves the next segment, but the clip is still truncated in the same way. It plays the first 2.5 seconds of the clip at 60% speed, taking a little over 4 seconds.
