Adding a folder for the back end files to be stored in and initializing the get information from databases functions file

Just adding a folder for the backend files to be stored in so they don't get mixed up, let me know if you guys think that's alright or if you think something else would work better. Will most likely have three files to get started, one for getting database info, one for adding db info, and one for removing/changing db info.
