Adding in some database connections, and some new functions to find collection info. Also adding a new file to initialize creating a new database, collections, and some collection item adding functions. Still need to test the functions to see if they work, mainly just some scratch work to get a feel for database maintenance on this project. Doesn't any issues just yet until it's been tested.
