Home Assistant Add-on support #1

Add boiler plates for the app daemon service so that the machine learning part can be a standalone home assistant add-on.

Add states to home assistant so when an error is detected, a state is triggered then users can use that state in automations. Also states for when a notification is sent, dismissed or print stopped. Maybe also a state to specify how long the count down to stop a print automatically is.
