Install libphone #6

Hi My system is Debian 11, testing it from Docker I installed pjsip from Readme to step installing Libphone "Once that is in place you can start building libphone. I prefer building out of the source tree, so from inside your libphone directory go up on level." But after I'm not understand what I need to do Download code from yours site https://oliver-epper.de/apps/libphone/ or from GitHub ? I installed PJSUA to /root/installed/pjproject, where I need to untar source for Libphone and from what place I need build it?

There will be a new release, soon. This will have a more robust build system.
