plugins should resolve with bower, such that the largest matching version number will be chosen. if two plugnis require breaking minimum versions 3.0.0 and 2.0.0 then bower should complain.

totally agree. i'd like to stay with it until we have a flattened plugin structure and can define the domain of each plugin in more detail
