Create an Account Settings page #15

This page will allow users to View their information from the user object Change their username, password, avatar and any other relevant information. Obviously not KRA Pin or Identification Number.

This issue is solved in update avatar and user information, first name, last name and username, add functionality to update authenticated user's current password, ability to update profile picture by the click of the update button, create account profile page and add account settings barebones UI Skeleton
