Create Current Time component #37

Precursor, to get current time, I have to write the essentially the same piece of code more than once. This is inefficient. With a component, I can write the piece of code once and have it to be reusable across Replicant Traders.

[x] Create current time component
[x] Alter current time component to display 24Hour time instead of 12Hour time format
