member / method names shortcuts / urls are wrong when their names aren't globally unique

To reproduce:

• Two constructors with the same method name (say... "mymethod")
• see that built html '#

Maybe the moustache template should have container.methodname rather than just #{{name}}?

It's hard to do directly in Moustache. Maybe 'docs' should get an attribute 'link name'?
