Change methodname links name -> parent-name (re #6) #7

Note, this only fixes this issue for 'two-level' uniqueness.

a.b.c and d.b.c will still have the same rel link.

If we want to go deeper (think Python Sphinx TOC style), maybe it should be engineered :) This is ad-hoc!

:+1: for this - the current Lunr.js documentation is broken because of this bug - try clicking on 'load' in the 'Index' class.
