Use `dist` convention. #455

Hello. Thanks for making this search tool.

I see that you put lunr.js and lunr.min.js in the root directory.

Do you think it would be possible to follow the "dist" convention and make a directory with those two files?

It makes it easy to know what files should go into the public directory for a web server.
