MU112-Unable to deploy a Releasable version in DO #40

This is because the Trade-imdg container fails as it is not able to find MuCacheFactory. Looked at the pom dependencies and has missing cache.jar. Needs to be included in the build

Release v1.7 now includes the necessary changes. To be tested in DO

successfully tested in DO with some minor changes to loadFlinkJars.sh (set the Build version correctly)
