Update Currency Conversion API Endpoint #1110

This pull request updates the API endpoint used for currency conversion in the CurrencyConversion.ts file. The previous repository https://github.com/fawazahmed0/currency-api has been deprecated and moved to a new repository https://github.com/fawazahmed0/exchange-api.

I see that the GitHub repo was moved, but the documentation in the new repository still says to use this URL:
