[Feature Request] Reminder support #366

I recently found Ueli and would love to switch from Lacona, as Ueli is open source and on GitHub, but I frequently use the Lacona reminders feature, and that's one thing Ueli is lacking.

Basically, you type in "remind me to" or "rmt" for short, then a string for the reminder, and then "at (some time)". And then it pops up a notification at that time.

e.g. "rmt drink water in 2 hours" or "rmt call mom tomorrow" or "rmt do the dishes at 18:00"

Hello, I have laid you the basic of the plugin with pull request #368 it needs more testing but it seems to work in windows
