[Feature Request] support patterns in blacklist

On the application search, I have included a few folders that contain .exe files and they are all shown on the search results. I would like to be able to specify some filename patters that should be excluded (e.g. .vshost.exe)

Maybe you can use the blacklist option in the "Search Engine" settings? Unforunately you can't use patterns for now.

The blacklist is a great place for it but it needs to support wildcards
