All of these will need to be considered for configuration data set updates

[x] Order all transmit modes alphabetically in the list
[x] "AM 100%" changes to "AM 30%", comment “note in version history”
[x] “Digital” changes to “Other Digital”
[x] Rename “FT8/FT4” to “FT8”
[x] Introduce "FT4" with 34%
[x] Introduce "JT9" with 41%
[x] Introduce "PSK31" with 75%
[x] Introduce "WSPR" with 92%
[x] Change "Custom" from 30% to 50%

Turns out I don't understand what the final item "change custom from 30% to 50%" is about -- the custom entry does not have an associated factor. Need to refer this to clarify.

Clarified with John, default "custom" factor is actually 100% and we'll leave that as is.
