Configuration names dropping characters at the end

From user:

I am finding that for some reason after I save a configuration I am loosing characters from the end of the File name.

i.e I saved a config called "Fan Dipole 40 CW", I then created another config called "Fan Dipole 40 SSB", when I went to save this config the title of the previous config had changed to "Fan Dipole 40 C"

This happened quite a few times with other configs I saved.

Fortunately the Backup JSON and the PDF show the correct name for the Config.

Here is a shot of the changed file name, Note that all the other config names in the list have retained the correct name albeit they were changing whilst I created others with a similar name.

Have a configuration file for reproduction, not included here for privacy reasons.

Unfortunately can't reproduce at this time. Using these steps:

• With the configuration file I received from the user, I loaded the configuration set "Fan Dipole 40 CW"
• I changed the note, set the mode to SSB and then changed the name to "Fan Dipole 40 SSB"
• Saved the new config
• Checked the list -- the old "Fan Dipole 40 CW" still appears exactly like that in the list, no change.
• Checked the "manage" view, all entries appear correctly there as well
