I moved daemon to testnet but then trying to connect to pool, I get: Stratum authentication failed

I would like to test the payments and such before moving to production with a lot of miners.

@linuxdr0 Please always mention the coin your issue is related to. I'm assuming Monero. Could you post your miner config/command line?

It is Litecoin. Here is the command line for miner: ./minerd --url=stratum+tcp://x.x.x.x:3042 --user=LgHb7AVbTJzqVUTeYHfPdktxh9YoZaRgfy.worker1
