Add function for converting emojicon #16

Added functionality that will convert the emojicon to an emoji. I was having trouble with this when using GitJournal so thought I would try helping out. This is a first draft that works with the Tasks plugin. Of course please let me know what changes might be needed.

Hi @bikingbadger, thank you for your PR. I took a pause from developing on this plugin but recently released a new version v0.3.0 to try address some of the most common requests. It looks like the Emoji Shortcodes plugin supports something similar to what you're looking for. For the time being I'll not duplicate functionality. Apologies for taking so long to respond to your issue, please feel free to re-open if I've misunderstood.
