Code formatting missing from html2epub exports #1

html2epub has poor handling of code formatting among other things and no easy control over EPUB parameters such as author.

Add support for monospace fonts by using a combination of this article https://gist.github.com/sergejx/655458 and the add_prefix function from EbookLib

Code tags now appear in epub output using custom module.
