Error with downloading the JSON data file #2

I got the following error when trying to download the data file from (https://figshare.com/s/5ff207b4c094d698ebc0). I'm not sure if it is me or if it is a general problem.

Could you send me the data file? I am interested in the research article's results since I am conducting my own research on data collection approaches. Thank you.
