This is not a bug but rather a design choice. Our team prioritizes handling of invalid commands before checking if commands are run during a quiz.

Reason for disagreement: Even if it is expected, it does not mean that the error message is helpful. I still stand with my decision that this error message is not helpful in helping users navigate the app hence it is a feature flaw
