Team chose [severity.Low] Originally [severity.High]

Reason for disagreement: The UG specifies the command format and how exactly to use each feature. If the command format in the UG is incorrect, apart from intuition which is subjective and should not be relied on, there is no other way for the user to figure out how to execute the feature. This will affect most users and cause major problems when they attempt to use the incorrect command format to execute a desired feature.
