EXHBIT: Slider facet should resize to fit #284

Right now, the slider facet has one static size in px;. That's rather
unfortunate, it'd be nice if it would scale to fit like other facets do.

Probably requires some resize watching to make it work dynamically, but it
could at least set itself up to fill the size of the facet div by default.
