I need ability to set viewContext when creating a viewPanel programmatically #293

When creating a viewPanel programmatically through a call to
Exhibit.ViewPanel.create it would be useful to not only set labels and
tooltips of views but also the viewContext. The included patch is one way
this can be achieved.
