What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start gitso
2. enter support address
3. click start
4. wait.....
5. click stop
6. view logfile
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It couldn't build up a connection, and the log file contains:

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I use gitso 5.0
Windows XP German version -> it doesn't have "c:\Dokumente und
Einstellungen\zoli\Local Settings\Application Data" folder, but rather
"Lokale Einstellungen\Anwendungsdaten", maybe that could cause a problem.
Please provide any additional information below.
