Display fails to automatically refresh #74

I have only tried this between two Windows 7 64bit machines so I don't know if 
this is OS specific or not.

When I connect to the client machine, I might get 5-20 seconds of auto 
refreshing and then I have to start clicking manual refresh to update the 
screen.

I experience the same issue. My setup :
 - Give support on Ubuntu 13.10
 - Get help on several Windows machines, including Vista, Seven and 8.
