error message and crash about invalid saved opacity value #53

I'm just trialling FogBugz (hosted) together with CaseTracker.  It's a 
fresh install of 1.4.0.

After specifying the login details, the drop down box appears to be empty. 
Is this normal?  If I click Options, I get an error "Value of 8000 is not 
valid for 'Value'". See attached screenshot.  If I exit the app and try and 
restart it, it crashes on startup and won't work again until I delete the 
registry keys.  It seems the registry defaults for some of the values do 
not tie in with the values permitted on the dialog.

I have found I can get the app to start if I change Opacity to 70 (from 
8000) and change the PollInterval to 120000 (from it's installation default 
of 0).  I think the installer (or app) is creating illegal/ out-of-bounds 
default values when you first use it.
