When moving the plugin's directory to C:\Users\Toto.qgis2\python\plugins\VectorBender, at QGis launch, the plugin cannot be loaded. This is probably due to the fact that dependencies are not met
(matplotlib 1.3.1, pyparsing 1.5.6, numpy 1.8.1), but I cannot manage to install them. I have no OsGeo4W installation, so QGis used its own python install, but I cant manage to findhow to install python modules for that specific python.
